Description:
As an Assistant Producer within Gala Networks Europe you will be responsible to assist the Producer in his daily tasks, supervise projects and coordinate between the different language teams. This includes preparing schedules (e.g. sales planning, events) and reports (e.g. community feedback, bug reporting, sales reports), market research and analysis, event planning and coordination, workflow analysis and other preparatory work for the Producer. The role works closely together with the Team Leads of each language teams. The working hours are from 9am to 6pm. Quick description of the position:

• Create schedules and promotions for virtual item sales
• Delivering regular reports on community feedback and suggestions

• Management of special projects, such as website content development

• Organize, communicate and supervise execution of events for the community

• Market and sales research and analysis

• Cross team coordination

• Being able to multi-task while still keeping high quality of work

• Ability to carry out ad-hoc tasks given to you by Producer from time-to-time

• Improving your skill, showing initiative, working towards advancing in the company

Position Requirements:

• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: German or French
• Experience in Project Management, Event-/Community Management, or Customer Support

• Knowledge of online business models; especially the micro-transaction model

• A passion for games and in particular MMORPGs
• Team-oriented work attitude with an ability to work independently
• Strong self-motivation and high level of commitment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and internet based applications
