Gala Networks Europe is a publisher of free massively multiplayer online games through the www.gPotato.eu gaming portal. We currently have a vacancy for an Accounting Manager within our Finance Team, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.  This position requires a qualified Accountant with solid IPO listing and Financial Reporting experience.

Your responsibilities of this role will include:

·   IPO Project Management

·   Development of IFRS compliant reporting policy & procedures

·   Review Financial & Information systems

·   Analysis and optimization of key business processes & KPI’s

·   Long and short form Reporting

·   Working Capital Reports

·  Tax Structuring

·   IFRS conversion / Financial reporting

·   Process Improvement(Financial & Business)

·   Forecasting / Modeling plans

·   Review all current Accounting Policies, implement change were necessary.

·   Corporate Governance Review & Advice

Position requirements:

·   4 -5 years experience in a Managerial position within a Finance function

·   ACCA qualified

·   Solid IPO experience

·   Extensive experience in IFRS conversion / Financial Reporting

·   Self motivated, highly - communicative person with a strong leadership personality

·   Experirence in analysis and optimization of key business processes & KPI’s

·   Strong knowledge of tax structuring

·   Experience with Working Capital Reports

·   Proven track record in process Improvement (Financial & Business)

·   Forecasting / Modeling plans

·   Ability to review all current Accounting Policies and implement change were necessary.
