Description:

As a Billing Specialist/Co-ordinator within Gala Networks Europe you will be required to fulfill a multitude of roles which will include providing first class customer support, co-ordinating all Billing for the German market and handling of queries relatin to German user accounts.

Position Requirements:

• Native in German and fluent English with excellent communication skills

• Experience in Billing Co-ordination and Customer Support

• A passion for games and in particular MMORPGs

• Team-oriented work attitude with an ability to work independently

• Strong self-motivation and high level of commitment

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Commitment to superior customer satisfaction

• General familiarity with internet based applications and text processing
