Description:

As a Game Master within Gala Networks Europe you will be required to fulfill a multitude of roles: Customer Service Representative, Community Representative, Bug Tester, Translator and Event Planer in one. Quick description of the position:

 

• Providing excellent email-support to ensure customer satisfaction

• Collect, investigate and document data regarding in-game issues, exploits and bugs

• Organize, communicate and execute events for the community

• Provide technical email-support to our customers

• Community Management, e.g. reading and responding to postings in the forum, collect feedback and working together with fan sites, support users in-game

• Translation of in-game text and website content

• Improving your skill, showing initiative, working towards advancing in the company

 

Position Requirements:

 

• Native in German and excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills

• Experience in Customer Support, Community Management or Game Mastering

• A passion for games and in particular MMORPGs

• Team-oriented work attitude with an ability to work independently

• Strong self-motivation and high level of commitment

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Commitment to superior customer satisfaction

• General familiarity with internet based applications and text processing

• Fluency in Korean or Japanese languages will be a big plus
